Comments by Lanard: This home is convenient to everything. Jump on 39th Avenue and you can be at the Gainesville Airport in 10-15 minutes, Santa Fe Community College in 5-10 minutes, the Gainesville Mall in 15 - 20 minutes, a Publix Grocery Store in about 5 minutes, local parks, etc.

It's a good location for families. However, it's also perfect for college students who'd like the quiet, family oriented lifestyle of this community. If I were in the market for a house I'd consider buying it for an investment, but right now I'm making plans to build on 5 acres that my wife and I own.
