Learn Real Estate in the Sunshine State! With the Florid Real Estate Exam being more comprehension oriented, AmeriFlorida Real Estate School strives to offer students understanding over memorization. Based in South Florida, AmeriFlorida offers coursework in three counties: Lee, Charlotte and Collier. Currently all classes are in Lee County and are held either at Kelly Carlos Office Center in Ft. Myers or Beacon Executive Suites - also in Ft. Myers. While most of the courses offered are by classroom setting to ensure maximum retention and comprehension, some are available via the Internet to accommodate students with tight schedules.

Courses offered include: Community Association Management, Real Estate Sales Pre-License, Real Estate Sales associate Post-License, Real Estate Broker pre/post license, and a super intense review class that's offered to put any concerned student at ease before taking the Sate (or school) exam.
