Courses are offered in various types. If traditional fits your schedule a three or four week sales course is available, with the option of morning or evening times for class. If your schedule is a bit tighter, a condensed intensive 3 day, 24 hour course is also available.

Regardless of the time option, all courses are designed to prepare students to become licensed Real Estate Salespersons in Massachusetts. Those licensed and working in the field may enroll in the Broker course which features a seminar style classroom setting, available as a 5 week program, a 3 week program or an intensive 3 day class.
