...and anything else that would encourage them to contact you for their real estate needs if they live in Phoenix, Arizona or surrounding areas?
I think they'd find the subject fascinating - and who knows, you might generate some more leads.

Here's what you should do to get even more ranked links. Add 1 -2 comments a week to your own posting, like I'm doing here. Write about anything you want to; the Real Estate Market in Phoenix, buyers who might be looking for a unique property, etc.
Or, you can use it as a blog and write 3 - 7 lines of something real estate rated, or not, every day...kind of like an online diary.
Or, you can add listings. Now that you know how easy it is there shouldn't be anything to stop you from getting even more Top Ranked Google Exposure!
