Finally, you will have almost everything need close enough that you do not need to go to the big city very often. There is also a 24 hour medical clinic within a few blocks in case of an emergency.

The back yard is used for RV Parking and it has a fence only half the way around it so you could comfortably put your rig in there. The front yard has a lawn and a patio area under the awning. The garden includes various colors of Columbines, Tiger Lilies, Tulips, and various other perennials.

The yard is low maintenance and neat as can be. There is a small parking area in place for your vehicle and you will find two old sheds. One is built from wood and around a tree stump, it appears to be quite old and the other shed in metal.

The mobile has a washer, dryer, stove, and refrigerator. The items are older but still in working condition and can be removed if you do not need them. The mobile can be almost ready to move into immediately for cash buyers. You will find a swamp cooler and an older forced air heater that are both in working condition. You have city water and sewer, electric, trash collection, gas, and phone lines at the property because it is located in town.

The children are raised now and it is time to move on.
