And that leads to this. Another way to maximize your online presence here is to write an article once a week or so and post it as a comment. Each time you do it make sure to include a link back to your website. Who knows, maybe those sixty visitors can get to be several hundred a week for minimal effort.
Also, you can leverage more exposure by adding one listing a week, or as many as you want to. And don't think that they have to be your listings. They can be any that you're interested in selling - even if they belong to another agent...assuming of course that you're in an MLS System.
Bottom line? Add more content (listings, information about what your buyers are looking for, homes that you've sold, information about your community, things you do for fun, volunteer work, charity work, etc). The more you add the more interest and potential referrals it'll generate.
