Do You Have a Listing Presentation?

Sorry about not returning your call, but I did get the newsletter out and I see that you received your copy of it. No, I don't have any listing presentation materials. A funny thing happened when I refined the expired listing system letters - i didn't need one! When owners called me I presumed that they wanted to list with me and simply told them I'd love to list their property and asked what was the best day to do that; Saturday or Sunday; Monday or Wednesday. I always gave them two options...and they usually gave me a day and time to come take the listing. You also asked in your voice message if agents are having success with the expired listing system in today's market? ...and the answer is yes! However, I don't really hear from a lot of them, but the few that I do use it pretty much "as is" and are getting listings. Well, that's it for now. Hope things are well in Virginia.
