Hi - i spent some time reviewing the purchase links for the expired listing system and found all of them to be in working order. But please feel free to call me at 352-283-9316 if you continue having problems.
That reminds me to say this. I include several other letters in the listing system package that can also help agents get listings, like a FSBO letter, an absentee homeowner letter, a vacant home letter, etc.
The point is to assist them, and you, in developing multiple streams of leads, so if one source dries up others might still be flowing. So, you can imagine my surprise when I discovered that some of the agents who purchased the system don't use them.
Please, I hope you don't make that mistake. The FSBO letter works because the targeted FSBO Owners are typically off the radar screen and other agents don't know about them. Contrast that with FSBOs advertising in the newspaper and every agent you know is likely to call them.
So, you can opt for off the radar FSBOs, or FSBOs that every other agent knows about. The same can be said of the other letters that come with the "Farming Expired Listings System". They come at no extra cost, so why not use them?
