Location, location, location. In this market you need as much going for you as possible and then some. Look for your fundamentals. Look for the track record of the developer. Have his past projects been successful, shown that they know the market. Again these are all the basics, but the right location historically trumps all.

Look closely for something that differentiates one from the others. If need be, take out a piece of paper and perform the old ?plus and minus? columns comparison for all three.
Are there HOA fees? What are the fees? Does the HOA fee include cable or satellite? That may be very attractive to a renter.
What about views from the home? Does one have an orientation on the lot that shields it from neighbors and makes it more private than the others?
Take a critical look at the floor plans also. Does one provide a better flow through the house? Do you have to walk through a carpeted area to get to the backyard? You'll be replacing carpet more frequently.
Pretend to make dinner in the kitchen. Does one kitchen have an awkward layout, or not enough cabinet space?
Hopefully this exercise will give you a clearer picture of the differences and make your choice much easier. www.candicevicha.com
