Hi Lanard: I purchased your program about farming expired listings. I just have one question. After I send the initial 1st letter, about how long should I wait to send the 1st followup letter, followed by the 2nd and 3rd follow-up letters? Thank you.

Lanard's Response: Hi Renee - I almost didn't see your email message, as it went to my secondary email account. Now, to answer your question...

I sent one letter out - and only one and averaged 2 plus listings a week. I wrote the follow up letters for agents who wanted them and recommend that they send them out 3-5 days apart. Having said that I would encourage you to try just the one letter like I did.
