For example, in the real estate business headlines like "Why Great Homes Don't Sell" and "I'll Buy Your Home if I Don't Sell It" are attention grabbers. Right? You bet they are. A few great headlines unrelated to real estate are American Express' "Don't Leave Home Without it" and Federal Express'"When it absolutely, positively has to be there overnight...." Power Words for HeadlinesHeadlines grab the attention of the readers, hopefully long enough to get them interested long enough to get to your most wanted response. And if you include a power word or two you're almost certain to get their attention. In the jargon of advertising some of the most powerful words to use in your real estate marketing letters are: breakthrough, discover, discovery, easy, free, guaranteed, hidden, easy, incredible, love, master, money, new powerful, proven, profits, results, revealed, secret, etc.; all words that most agents never use.
