Online Real Estate Lead

Online Real Estate Lead Marketing is more profitable than ever, but  the one hard and fast rule in generating online real estate leads is that you must have a steady flow of website traffic. No visitors...no income!

The first thing you need is a plan, but fortunately there are many ways to generate low cost website traffic. 

Personally, I use multiple strategies to generate real estate lead, and find each one to be indispensable to my growing internet presence - Google "Lanard Perry " and see for yourself.

I have several real estate agent web sites with lots of content to attract visitors and search engines.  Additionally; I use

      • opt in forms to capture email addresses of site visitors 
      • a newsletter to keep in contact with my site visitors
      • real estate marketing reports to educate buyers, sellers and investors about buying and selling real estate and
      • a sequential auto responder to automate my email marketing campaigns

    A Real Estate Agent Web Site can be the primary source of real estate leads. Without leads, there will be no deals...and without deals, there will be no sales. So, you need to find ways to generate and replenish leads...always, on and off line.  

    When you create your own web site, or update it, you should always focus on how you can generate leads, turn them into prospects, and then convert them into listings and sales. 

    Real Estate Web Site Content,when optimized as web site pages will attract visitors like honey does bees.   But generating enough content is hard... and writing really good real estate website content is even harder.   

    Think about it... "how long does it take you to write a 600-700 word article?"   An hour?  Probably not...it might be more like 2-3 hours, even if you're an exceptional writer!

    Real Estate Marketing Reports are a great way to establish relationships with prospects. You won't be able to sell anybody anything until after you establish relationships with them and a way to do that is by providing free, useful information.   

    These particular Marketing Reports are content rich and chock full of useful information that easily establishes you as a helpful, competent and trustworthy agent.  And best of all you are able to deliver this information swift and almost effortlessly! 

    Real Estate Newsletters. Using newsletters to generate online real estate leads has been effective for some while a flop for others.  Nevertheless, losses when using a newsletter aren't as big as when you use other methods.

    The biggest benefit of a newsletter is its simplicity, as all you have to do is have a mailing list and create a newsletter on your home computer. You can change the design quickly, input your articles easily and even create effects, with no big effort on your part.
