Three Steps to Online Real Estate Marketing Success

Below is a Three Step Online Real Estate Marketing strategy that I use to generate leads and sales. You can do it, too; and once you implement it it becomes a two step process. You'll see why in a few minutes.

Step One. Get yourself an auto responder, which is essentially an automated email system. If you don't have one you can try out the one I use for FREE .

The power of an auto responder is that once you set up a campaign you can run it for as long as you want without ever having to do anything else to it.

Step Two. Develop a series of email messages specific to campaigns you want to run. For example, you can target renters as potential buyers by creating a series of email messages using pre written real estate marketing reports as the content to educate buyers about the home buying process.

The first message might be about the importance of location, the second about working with a real estate agent (you of course), the third about closing costs, and so forth and so on.

Step Three. Now, advertise and drive prospects to your auto responder campaigns. This will build a list of leads that you'll be marketing to over and over.

I advertise via real estate flyers, my website, real estate letters, classified ads, etc. and at my peak had approximately 3700 subscribers on my mailing list (that's the same thing as saying in my auto responder).

The beauty of this particular online real estate marketing strategy is its simplicity...and the fact that few agents are doing it this way, leaving you with little competition for a lot of premium leads.

Now, as I said at the beginning, once you set the process in motion you'll only have to repeat steps two and three. So, now that you know about this what's to keep you from getting started today?
