Professional Institute of Real Estate - Real Estate Licensing Courses

by Lanard Perry
(Sunny Florida)

The Professional Institute of Real Estate (PIRE) is located in Scottsdale, Arizona and has been serving Arizona with its real estate educational need for 25 years. Its stated goal is to provide its students with the knowledge and confidence to be some of the strongest agents in the business.

It has Six Specialty Classes worth noting: a 45 - Hour Real Estate Course; Loan Officer Course; Mortgage Broker Course, Review Program; Intro To Contract Writing and a Math Class. Here's a little bit about several of them.

The 45 - Hour Real Estate Course is a 9 Session course that can be finished in 2 weeks. Topics include Government Powers, Estates, Legal Description, Agency, Finance I, Finance II, Arizona Law, Appraisal, and a Review Session.

The Loan Officer Program Course requires 12 to 20 hours to complete, depending on a persons position within the industry. Topics include Broker vs. Banker, Wholesale vs. Retail, Compensation for Loan Officers, Points, Taking the Application, Qualifying the Buyer, Income/Debt Ratios, The Appraisal, Credit Report, Loan Programs, Underwriting the Loan, Processing the Loan, Closing the Loan and Marketing.

The Mortgage Broker Licensing Class is offered frequently for the convenience of attendees and can be finished in four consecutive classes in four consecutive days. Imagine that! You can be done in a week! Topics focus on information specific to Mortgage Broker Statutes, Math and Legal Descriptions, Principles of Finance, Finance, Encumbrances & Appraisal, and a Final Examination.

I'm not going to go over the other specialty classes, but suffice it to say that whatever your realtor licensing needs are PIRE can probably fulfill them.

Check out their website at www.pire.com to learn more about attaining a license to sell real estate in Arizona. And if you do please tell them that Lanard Perry of Real Estate Marketing
