Real Estate Buyer Lead

You can generate Real Estate Buyer Lead Prospects almost any time you want to. No, I'm not kidding and I do know that the real estate market is in a funk! Yes, you can do it; but if you're not generating any leads right now it will be challenging...but certainly doable.

But before you do you have to change your attitude, mindset and work ethic. Attitude because if you're not thinking positively it may be readily apparent to any and everybody you approach about your business. Mindset because you need to aggressively learn the skills needed to be successful and work ethic because yo need to work harder than anybody else in your office applying the skills and knowledge gained and leveraging it into sales.

For example, do you know that you can generate real estate buyer lead prospects by marketing listings of other agents. This is another way of saying that if you're in a multiple listing system you can treat any and every listing as your own, especially if they're listed by an agent in your office. Another super idea for generating buyer leads was offered by one of my newsletter subscribers. She generates lots of leads through holding "Open Houses", but not like you know it. She starts marketing her open houses about 4-5 days before the day of the open house by distributing flyers to homes in the neighborhoods, running ads, posting yellow signs, hiring a "human sign", etc. Her energy and enthusiasm about what she does is infectious, so don't read her post if you don't want to get excited.
