There's a thin line between being passionate about something
and coming across as pushy, and this may be one of those times for
me.

opportunities around you everyday that are somehow overlooked discounted, ignored and in the end not taken advantage
of - and I so very much want you to realize just how easy it is to get
some of them.
A thing that works against most real estate agents is
their need for immediate gratification. They look for leads today that
they can close tomorrow. I can Guarantee that they'll be frustrated, as
there's nothing fast about listing and selling real estate.
How to Get Real Estate Listings

too plentiful to count, if you open yourself up to them. For example, here

1. Classified Ads. Many agents
think that in order to advertise for leads they have to have listings of their
own to advertise. Consequently, they never take advantage of this most

Well, Stop The Madness...Now, as there's nothing prohibiting you from identifying a
house that you can get passionate about selling and advertising it.
Think about this for a second and realize just how
powerful and simple the concept is. Most agents don't give property
addresses in the ads anyay; or, disclose them over the telephone
when potential buyers call in on the ads. Nor is there anything in
the ad saying it's your listing.
So, in the end who's going to know or
care
whether you advertised someone else's listing?
But if that makes you uncomfortable do a generic ad that
for a subdivision. Here's how.

4 homes in a subdivision and run an ad that says something like
"4 Most Desireable Homes in Prestigious Windham Hills. Priced to Sell. First
