if im buying 2 lots at 2 acres each while im still buying them my self can i sell 1 lot off which would be 2 acreas my self and if so how do you do it. my daughter and son in law want to buy 1 lot from me i told them i would make a contract with them for it but she wants to be able to get credit for buying to establish credit for them say in 10 yrs down the road.
