Great Open House Marketing Tips!
by: Lanard

Lorraine - thanks for your great tips. I can easily see that you put a lot of work into marketing your open houses, as well as sourcing for new listings and potential buyers at the same time.

I especially like the fact that you try to get other agents involved via caravans and contests; plus you're out canvassing the neighborhoods drumming up interest in your upcoming open houses.

I'd never thought about using a human sign before, but it's a great gimmick and sure to achieve what you desire - attention! And once you have a person's attention you have an opportunity to present your message - in this instance that means to show them your featured open house listings.

You also do what all good agents should do...and that's have other listings that you are ready to share with open house attendees should they not like the one they're seeing well enough to buy.

Finally, having a contract ready to be completed also shows exceptional planning skills. There's nothing worse than fumbling around for or with a contract when you have a buyer in hand.

I can see why and how you are successful with your strategies. Other agents should take notice, FSBOs too if they're smart, because you offer a lot that's worth duplicating.

Thanx for sharing.

To Your Continued Real Estate Marketing Success!
