I've been following foreclosures and short sales recently to see if I can get a deal on an investment property. I want to buy it as an investment rental and have my kids live in it...and then sometime down the road sell it to them as a starter property.
By the time I got around to evaluating my top three favorites they were sold. It turns out that I didn't act fast enough.
I'm okay with that though, because I don't rush things when buying real estate; there's too much at stake. Akso, I feel that there's a property that's right for me to buy - I just haven't found it yet.
