I happen to be in New York City as I read about your services in Real Estate Marketing Talk's Agent Directory and you advertise that you actively promote in three states - New York, New Jersey and the Philadelphia areas.
How can that be? I'm totally in awe of the sheer number of people crushing Times Square and what it takes to market tat surrounding area, much less another state.
How do you do it? Do you have a team of people that you work with? Do you network with other agents?
Maybe you have multiple office locations? Or do you simply advertise as far and wide as you have to in order to actively solicit and market your real estate listings.
