Hi Barry - Real Estate Marketing Talk.Com is a labor of love, almost to the point of being an addiction. I want to share and facilitate as much learning about real estate as I can and can see by some of the comments and marketing tips, ideas and suggestions that the site has a knowledgeable community of readers.
As I was reading your post I was a little surprised to note that Real Estate Marketing Talk as of this post has 534 pages. Wow!
When I started it back in 2005 I thought I'd be topping out at about a hundred or so pages, and now think that I can easily reach 1,000 pages of useful, lead generating, money making content.
Still, there are times when I have to acknowledge that I can only do so much...and one example of that is my newsletter - which is in desperate need of a different look and feel. But for now it'll have to do because of other priorities.
For example, I am adding more content about flipping real estate, foreclosures, FSBO systems, real estate letters, real estate postcards, investors, mortgages, etc.
