Hi Tom - I need to ask a few questions to get additional information before I can give a credible answer.

1. Did you mean to say "and the bank has foreclosed?" instead of "then the bank has foreclosed?

2. Who did you give your deposit to?

3. How much was the deposit?

4. When was the property foreclosed on? Approximate Month and year will do.

5. Did you work with a Real Estate Agent?
