I work in the Manhattan real estate market. I have tried to use another expired listings service, however, it did not fair well being that 90% of our business here in Manhattan is Condo's and Co-op's with hundreds of unites. How does your system work with respect to obtaining the expired listings and how has your success been if any in the Manhattan market?
